If you run a B2B sales motion in 2026, your unit economics on outbound have probably already broken. The average qualified B2B lead now costs $198, and once you account for the SDR ramp time and tooling stack it takes to qualify a raw record into a sales-accepted opportunity, the real cost of a single SQL lands closer to $700 to $1,200. (Belkins B2B CPL benchmarks, 2026; Landbase, 2026)
That math is why we built Verified Pipeline.
Today we are opening the Verified Pipeline tier set to new customers. Four monthly plans plus an Enterprise tier. Each plan delivers a fixed volume of verified, qualified contacts into a working surface your reps actually use, with the qualification gate, enrichment waterfall, cadence engine, dialer integration, and AE handoff workflow already built. No raw lists. No CSV exports. No tooling stack to assemble.
This post explains what we ship, how it differs from the data-vendor and AI-SDR options crowding your inbox, what the math looks like at your close rate and deal size, and how to decide which tier fits your motion. We also embedded the ROI calculator from our internal modeling spreadsheet so you can run your own numbers below.
The SDR economics that broke for everyone we talked to
When we surveyed the founders, RevOps leads, and sales VPs we work with through our AI Visibility practice, three numbers came up repeatedly.
First, the median B2B SaaS sales cycle is now 84 days, up 22 percent since 2022. (Growthspree 2026 sales cycle benchmarks) That means every dollar spent on top-of-funnel waste compounds for almost three months before you find out whether it produced revenue.
Second, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates have compressed from 13 percent in 2024 to 9.8 percent in 2026. (Martal conversion rate benchmarks, 2026) The cause is not lazy SDRs. It is data decay, score inflation from buying-intent platforms that promise everything, and ICP drift that nobody has time to recalibrate.
Third, fully loaded human SDR cost has climbed past $94,000 per rep per year in U.S. metros once you add benefits, manager overhead, tooling, and contact-database seats. Most teams now need three SDRs to run a credible outbound motion at the volume their AEs require, which is a $280,000 annualized commitment before the first dial.
The honest synthesis of those three numbers is that the traditional SDR playbook now requires a level of capital efficiency that very few non-enterprise sales orgs can clear. Either you invest a quarter million dollars per year on a bench you cannot fully utilize, or you ship a watered-down version of the playbook with a single SDR and disappointing pipeline coverage.
Verified Pipeline is the third option. We run the qualification, enrichment, scoring, and cadence engine. You get verified contacts in a workspace your reps work, at a price point that puts the per-lead cost between $4 and $7 depending on tier.
What "verified" actually means at Analytical Insider
Most B2B data tools market themselves as having "verified" contacts. The honest version of that claim almost always means "we ran an email validator against the address at some point in the last 90 days." That is not what we mean.
A Verified Pipeline lead has been through a five-stage enrichment waterfall before it ever appears in your queue. The waterfall in production today is BetterContact for primary enrichment, Twilio Lookup for live phone confirmation, DNC.com for federal and state Do-Not-Call registry screening, Wiza for LinkedIn-anchored re-verification, and Forager for firmographic cross-referencing. Each stage either confirms or rejects the record before it is allowed forward.
Email accuracy on the output is 98 percent at the SMTP layer. Phone numbers are confirmed live and screened against DNC. Firmographic data is cross-referenced across at least three of the five providers, with conflicts flagged for human review rather than silently merged.
The reason this matters is not enrichment vanity. It is economics. Industry data shows B2B contact records decay at roughly 2.1 percent per month, or 22 to 30 percent annually. (Cleanlist enrichment provider review, 2026) A vendor charging $1 per lead with 87 percent email accuracy is actually selling you contacts at $1.15 per working contact. A vendor charging slightly more with 98 percent accuracy is selling you contacts at $1.02 per working contact, and that 13-point quality gap shows up in your reply rate, bounce rate, and domain reputation.
Verified Pipeline pricing is published in verified-lead terms, not raw-record terms. The 500 verified leads in the Pipeline tier are 500 contacts that have already cleared the waterfall and the qualification gate against your ICP profile. There is no "credits" gimmick where 500 records turn out to be 380 deliverable.
The workspace, not just the list
The second thing that separates Verified Pipeline from data-vendor competitors is that we do not hand you a CSV. We hand you a working surface.
Every Verified Pipeline customer gets access to the Lead Management workspace at /dashboard/leads/management. The workspace is a calendar-driven queue. Reps see day, week, and month views with prospects rendered as time-blocked touches, color-coded by stage, with the cadence pill row showing exactly which step in the 17-touch sequence each prospect is on. When a rep opens a prospect, they see attribution (where the lead came from, what signals triggered qualification), the full touch history, and an action card with the next recommended motion.
Underneath the surface, every action writes to an immutable audit trail. The Prisma models that back this, SdrLead, LeadActivity, LeadTask, LeadFeedbackSignal, CadenceAction, CallLog, and LeadVettingStatus, are designed so that nothing your team does on a lead gets lost. When the lead is qualified, the qualification reason and the qualifier's identity are logged. When a call is placed through the connected Quo dialer, the recording URL, duration, and AI-tagged transcript are attached. When a positive reply lands, all pending cadence touches pause automatically and the prospect bubbles to the top of the queue with a "call now" alert.
Bulk operations, qualification calibration, AE handoff with structured summaries, draft email generation, and LinkedIn touch logging are all live in the workspace today. The cadence engine v2 and nightly queue builder are in active development on a separate phase; existing customers run the workspace with manual queue assembly until those ship, with shared visibility into the timeline.
The five Verified Pipeline tiers
| Tier | Price | Verified Leads | Cost Per Lead | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pipeline | $3,500 / mo | 500 | $7.00 | Lean teams testing a new vertical or geography |
| Visibility | $5,500 / mo | 1,000 | $5.50 | Teams pairing pipeline generation with AI Visibility evidence |
| Pipeline+ | $7,000 / mo | 1,500 | $4.67 | Multi-rep teams with active outbound motions |
| Growth | $10,000 / mo | 2,500+ | $4.00 | Full SDR replacements and high-velocity teams |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Multi-region, multi-product, or compliance-heavy motions |
The cost-per-lead curve descends cleanly with volume. The Visibility tier is named for the fact that it pairs pipeline generation with our AI Visibility evidence layer, giving your reps the weakness signals from the customer's five-pillar AI presence as context for outbound. The Pipeline+ tier sits between Visibility and Growth as the most common entry point for established sales teams who want full SDR capacity without the human ramp.
All tiers include access to the Lead Management workspace, the enrichment waterfall, the qualification gate, the Quo dialer integration (your Twilio or Quo number, our hooks), AE handoff workflow, and the LeadFeedbackSignal learning loop. Enterprise adds dedicated SDR onboarding, custom cadence design, multi-region phone provisioning, and named-account scoping.
Run the math yourself
The most useful exercise for evaluating Verified Pipeline is not reading our marketing. It is plugging your own numbers into the ROI math.
The calculator below uses the exact formulas from our internal modeling sheet. Pick a tier (or enter a custom lead volume for Enterprise), enter your average close rate on qualified leads, your customer lifetime value, and your profit per closed deal. The output shows monthly jobs closed, monthly revenue, monthly profit, ROI percentage, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
The math is conservative on purpose. It does not include compounding from referrals, upsells, or the AE productivity gain from working a pre-qualified queue. If the numbers work at the conservative end, the actual return is almost always higher.
A few notes on interpretation. ROI here is calculated as (Total Profit minus Total Lead Cost) divided by Total Lead Cost, expressed as a percentage. A 200 percent ROI means you earn three dollars in profit for every dollar spent. CAC is calculated as Total Lead Cost divided by Jobs Closed, which is the apples-to-apples comparison against your blended CAC across all acquisition channels.
If your ROI calculation lands below 100 percent, the most common cause is a close rate that is too low for the tier you picked. The fix is rarely "buy a smaller tier." It is usually "qualify harder upstream so your close rate climbs." That is precisely what the qualification gate and LeadFeedbackSignal loop are designed to do.
The five-pillar AI Visibility wedge
One thing Verified Pipeline does that pure SDR tools cannot is enrich every lead with the five-pillar AI Visibility score for the prospect's company. The pillars are SEO, AEO, GEO, SXO, and SIO, and they answer a single question: how visible is this company in AI-powered search and assistant surfaces today?
This matters because the answer is a powerful disqualifier or accelerant for outbound. A prospect that scores below 30 out of 100 on AI Visibility is a company that knows it has a problem, even if it cannot name the problem yet. Your SDR walks into that call with specific, evidence-based talk tracks: "We pulled your AI Engine Coverage and noticed your firm does not appear in ChatGPT or Perplexity responses for your category. Here is what that costs you in pipeline."
The data behind this is at our AI Visibility product page. The relevant point for sales motion is that pairing verified contact data with five-pillar evidence gives your reps a reason to call that is not "I noticed you raised a Series B." The conversion lift on intent-sourced or evidence-sourced outreach versus cold ICP outreach is roughly three to one in recent published benchmarks. (Martal 2026 conversion rate report)
The Visibility tier ($5,500) is the entry point for customers who want the AI Visibility evidence layer included by default. Pipeline+, Growth, and Enterprise include it. Pipeline ($3,500) can add it as a paid uplift.
Who Verified Pipeline is, and is not, for
We have run enough of these engagements to be specific about fit.
Verified Pipeline is a strong fit if you are a B2B founder, RevOps lead, or sales VP responsible for a defined outbound motion, with a clear ICP and an Average Contract Value above $5,000 annual. It is also a strong fit if you currently spend more than $5,000 per month on a combination of contact databases, sales engagement tools, and SDR labor, and want to consolidate that into a single managed motion with verifiable lead volume.
Verified Pipeline is not the right fit if your ICP is consumer or prosumer (we are B2B by construction), if your motion is purely inbound with no outbound component, or if you need a self-serve database for your team to pull arbitrary lists from. We are not a database. We are a managed pipeline product.
We are also not the right fit if you need a black-box AI SDR that sends emails autonomously without rep involvement. Recent data from Salesmotion shows pure-AI SDR implementations produce the lowest cost-per-meeting ($47) but the worst meeting-to-opportunity conversion at 20 percent. (Salesmotion AI SDR comparison, 2026) Verified Pipeline is the hybrid configuration that actually wins on conversion: AI-driven qualification and enrichment plus human-driven outreach in a working surface your reps actually use.
How to get started
There is a single path to a Verified Pipeline contract. Book a 30-minute scoping call with our team using the calendar link on the Sales Agent page. On the call we capture your ICP, your current sales motion, and your goal metrics, then propose a tier and an onboarding timeline. Most customers go live in five to seven business days from contract signature.
If you want to compare tiers in your head before booking the call, use the calculator above. Plug in three close-rate scenarios (low, expected, high) and three deal-size scenarios. The tier where your expected scenario clears 150 percent ROI is almost always the right starting point. You can always move up at the next renewal.
The Verified Pipeline tiers are live as of today, May 25, 2026. The pricing is the pricing. The lead counts are the lead counts. The workspace is the workspace your reps will use the first morning of onboarding. We are not running a beta. This is the production product.
If you have questions before booking, the FAQ section below answers the ones we hear most often. If your question is not there, the booking flow includes a free-text field where you can ask before the call. We read every one.
Welcome to Verified Pipeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does 'verified' actually mean in Verified Pipeline?
Every contact in a Verified Pipeline package is run through a five-vendor enrichment waterfall (BetterContact, Twilio Lookup, DNC.com, Wiza, and Forager) before it lands in your queue. Email validity is checked at the SMTP layer, phone numbers are confirmed live and screened against the federal Do-Not-Call registry, and firmographic data is cross-referenced across providers. The contract guarantees the lead counts in each tier are verified contacts, not raw exports. Industry data shows B2B contact records decay at roughly 2.1% per month, so we re-verify on a rolling basis rather than ship a snapshot.
How is this different from buying a list from Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay?
Database tools sell access to records. Verified Pipeline sells a managed sales motion. The lead count in each tier represents contacts that have already passed the qualification gate against your ICP profile, been enriched and verified, and are queued in a Lead Management workspace with calendar-driven cadence, dialer integration, and AE handoff built in. You are not paying for rows in a CSV. You are paying for sales-ready contacts that show up in a working surface your team can act on the day they arrive.
What close rate should I plug into the ROI calculator if I do not know mine yet?
For B2B teams without baseline data, conservative defaults are 3 to 5 percent of qualified leads to closed-won at deal sizes under $25K, 2 to 3 percent at deal sizes between $25K and $100K, and 1 to 2 percent above $100K. Recent benchmarks show intent-sourced leads convert at roughly 18.7 percent to closed-won versus 5.5 percent for cold ICP-match leads, so if your Verified Pipeline contacts come with engagement signals, expect to land in the upper end of those bands. The calculator is most useful when you bracket a low, expected, and high scenario rather than commit to a single number.
What happens to leads we disqualify or that go silent?
Every disqualification writes to a LeadFeedbackSignal record that feeds back into your ICP profile. The qualification gate learns from rejections, so the next batch of leads is scored against the patterns your team has already vetoed. Leads that go silent enter a configurable re-engagement cadence; leads marked DNC or hard-no are hidden from queues immediately, with full audit trails preserved for compliance. Nothing is deleted, but nothing wastes your reps' time on the working surface.
Can my AEs see the full conversation history when a lead is handed off?
Yes. Every touch on a lead writes to an immutable LeadActivity audit log, including call recordings and transcripts where the Quo dialer is connected, draft and sent emails, LinkedIn messages logged through the platform, and qualification notes. The AE handoff flow generates a structured summary with company background, contact background, full touch history, and any positive-reply context. The AE walks into the first call with everything the SDR knows, not a calendar invite and a hope.
How fast can a new customer be live in the workspace?
Onboarding for the Pipeline ($3,500) and Visibility ($5,500) tiers typically runs five to seven business days. That covers ICP profile capture, enrichment waterfall configuration, qualification gate calibration, Quo dialer provisioning where applicable, and the first batch of verified leads landing in the queue. Pipeline+ and Growth tiers include a longer customization window for cadence design and dedicated SDR onboarding. Enterprise terms are scoped per engagement.
Is there a discount for annual prepay or volume commits?
Yes, contact our team. Annual commitments and volume tiers above 2,500 leads per month are quoted under the Enterprise tier with custom pricing. The published $4 to $7 per verified lead range on the monthly plans is what you pay month to month with no annual commitment required.
